Thank you for shopping with RoseauxClayCo. Please review our order processing times, shipping options, and free shipping thresholds below. All shipping prices and free shipping thresholds are in US dollars (USD).
Shipping Origin & Delivery Partners
All physical orders are shipped from China.
Our Standard Shipping service is provided by YunExpress. Once your parcel arrives in the destination country or region and clears customs, it is handed over to a local courier or postal service for final delivery. The local carrier varies by destination and may differ from the carrier shown at the beginning of your shipment's journey.
Our Upgraded Shipping service is provided by FedEx.
Order Processing Time
Physical product orders are processed and dispatched within 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
This processing time applies to both Standard Shipping and Upgraded Shipping. Choosing Upgraded Shipping does not shorten the processing time.
The shipping times listed below begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include order processing time.

Destinations eligible for free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. It does not apply to Upgraded Shipping.
Standard Shipping Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and do not include our order processing time of up to 4 business days.
Final delivery is handled by a local courier or postal service after arrival and customs clearance in the destination country or region. Actual delivery times depend on their schedules and service conditions. Local backlogs, holidays, or other delivery disruptions may cause your parcel to arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

Upgraded Shipping
Upgraded Shipping is provided by FedEx at a flat rate of $35.
Estimated transit time is 2–7 business days after dispatch, in addition to an order processing time of up to 4 business days.
Upgraded Shipping remains a paid option even when your order qualifies for free standard shipping. Duties and import taxes are included.
Destinations With Upgraded Shipping Only
Standard Shipping is not available for every destination.
For India and other destinations outside the standard shipping regions listed above, we currently offer Upgraded Shipping only, where delivery is available. The shipping fee is $35, and standard shipping free shipping thresholds do not apply.
Available shipping options for your delivery address will be displayed at checkout.
Duties, Import Taxes & Additional Charges
Duties and import taxes are included in your order total. We arrange shipping with these costs covered, so you will not be asked to pay additional import duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery.
This applies to both Standard Shipping and Upgraded Shipping. The total shown and paid at checkout is the final amount payable for your order and its delivery.
If a carrier contacts you requesting an additional customs or import-related payment, please contact us at roseauxclayco@outlook.com before making the payment so we can investigate and resolve it.
Delivery Delays & Time-Sensitive Orders
All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order so we can help you assess the available shipping options.
Digital Products
STL files and other digital downloads do not require physical shipping.
If your order includes both digital and physical products, shipping applies to the physical products. The processing and transit times in this policy apply to physical products only.
Shipping Address & Order Assistance
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
