Do you ship internationally? What is the cost?

-Yes, we ship worldwide with standard shipping and expedited shipping method. For US, CA and AU orders, we charge $5 USD for standard shipping. And for most Europe, America, Asia and Africa countries, we charge $7 USD for standard shipping. If you cannot find standard shipping option during checkout page, normally we can only provide expedited shipping for your country. We will use DHL/FedEx/UPS as expdited carrier and we charge $35 USD for it. Meanwhile, we offer free shipping service for US, CA and AU orders above $35 USD, and Europe or Asia orders above $45 USD.

How long do you process my order? What are the shipping time?

We process your order as soon as we get them and normally it will cost 2-3 business days before shipping. You can check the typical transit time before checkout page. The timeframes is setup by carriers and we can not guarantee it. For any shipping issue when you order is shipped, please feel free to contact us in below chart.

What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?

Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped it is out of our hands. We will guide you to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

Can I get a replacement if my package is lost?

Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. As long as we received it and we will arrange you a replacement or refund.

Do you offer custom orders?

We do not offer custom orders at this time.

Can I become a reseller in my local marketplace?

Yes, we stronly welcome further cooperations with resellers, please feel free to email us with your needs in below chart. We will reply you within 1-2 working days.

Clay is sticking to my cutter. What do I do?

Please hand wash your clay cutters in warm soapy water, or wipe down with Isopropyl alcohol. We recommend using a light layer of corn starch either on your clay surface or ‘dipping’ your cutter into it before cutting.
