Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order shipped. If they arrive damaged or break within one week of receiving them, please contact us at roseauxclayco@outlook.com. Once the request is accepted, we will replace them or refund you the price of the products within 3 working days.

Standard shipping are uninsured. Please note, if your package becomes lost or delayed with standard shipping options, we are not responsible for refunding/canceling the order. Please contact us at roseauxclayco@outlook.com and we will help you to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.
Expedited shipping options (UPS/FedEx/DHL and Priority) all come with insurance. If your package becomes lost or delayed with an expedited shipping option, it would be best to reach out to the carrier to process a claim.
If you place multiple orders on the same day and pay shipping more than once we will refund the extra shipping costs to you, please message us before we ship your order!
